Winner of the 2012 Lagny Jazz Festival Competition

Once again, it is with great pleasure that Raphaële Atlan’s band, this time as a quintet (featuring Nicolas Charlier, Zacharie Abraham, Lucas Saint-Cricq and Natascha Rogers), just won the 2012 Lagny Jazz Festival Competition’s first prize ! The prestigious jury was presided by French drummer Stéphane Huchard and included, among others, two famous French musicians : Olivier Louvel and Christophe Wallemme. Competing against three other groups, the quintet won the opportunity to perform at L’Ecoutille Jazz Club, on Thursday October 23rd !
